A decent day for new bands, this time we have San Diego's Writer and their latest track, "Family Dinner".

Chicago hip hop artist, Chance The Rapper drops "The Writer" in the wake of a flurry of new tracks hitting the internet.

So far, 2014 has been kind to Chance The Rapper. His popularity hit an all-time high on the back of a collaboration with Justin Bieber, and now the new material is sounding on point too.

We featured Writer's "Family Dinner" along with "Miss Mermaid" back in September and if I'm honest it took a few plays to take it on board, but now, in timely fashion, the band have an official video and a 7" release date.

One For The People continue to bring you the best and upcoming musical talent, in all shapes and forms. This week it comes from Brooklyn's Twin Shadow.

Hip-Hop doesn't have too many innovators these days... we see Dels as a bit of a diamond in the rough, looking to buck the trend.

When we stumbled across brothers Lincoln, Grant and John Ballif of Dirty Gold back in November, we couldn't really believe how good of a track we were hearing with 'California Sunrise'. In what has been a particularly cold winter, it took us back to summer and then some.

Wow, three years sure has gone quick. But anyway, we're delighted to present '3', a compilation of 17 brand new songs from an array of artists. Compiled over the past couple of months, the album is available to download via our Bandcamp page as a 'pay what you like' deal (sweet right?).
