It has now been confirmed that the new album from Animal Collective member Panda Bear (Noah Lennox) is going to be released at some point in September and will be interestingly named "Tomboy". It will be his first release in 3 years and he is now set to release a single on July 13th. The release will feature songs, "Tomboy" and "Slow Motion". From these two tracks there is also going to be numerous limited edition 7" releases.

The group or supergroup if you will, consists of the Animal Collective man, former Dirty Projectors member Angel Deradoorian and drummer Jeremy Hymn, best known for his work with Dan Deacon and Ponytail. The trio have signed to Domino and look set to release debut LP, Enter The Slasher House, on April 7th.
