Ethan and Alice have officially recorded a track with the legend that is, Robert Smith. To anyone who is sat reading this thinking, 'who?', you need to brush up on your music knowledge. The Cure frontman and guitarist has lent his vocals to a rework of the song 'Not In Love' off the the bands latest LP 'Crystal Castles II'.

Heres Crystal Castles new video for ''Celestica''. Definitely one of their more ear friendly tracks, you can catch them playing at Leeds festival and then returning to the UK in October for a host of shows (see CC Myspace for dates).

New video for Crystal Castles' track 'Baptism'. It sees Alice Glass in her typical 'angst' mode and further proves that things shot in front on a moving green screen look cool as fu*k.

The duo are playing Wolverhampton on the 11th, then onto a town near you on these dates.

Now in its eleventh year Reading & Leeds is only second to the mighty Glastonbury come festival season. The three day event held over August bank holiday weekend attracts a huge variety of bands & artists. From emerging talent such as Frankie & The Heartstrings, The Drums & Yeasayer to industry stalwarts like Modest Mouse, Weezer & Guns & Roses.

After finishing off work on their third album (and never really leaving the live scene), dark-wave duo Crystal Castles are back with new track "Plague".

Crystal Castles have teamed up with American fashion and lifestyle magazine, Vs. to film their new music video for "Suffocation".

The best compliment I can give them at this point is that they remind me of a more civil, more organised Crystal Castles with a hint of post 90's hacienda-rave thrown in for good measure (New genre: 'Post Hacienda Doom-Wave'?)
