Strange that a New York native such as Jean-Philip Grobler, would take a name like St Lucia and make some of the most outrageously sun drenched summer anthems that are, well, reminiscent of somewhere like St Lucia. 

New track "Elevate" takes things to an whole new level of feel-good positivity. Sounding very much like M83's "Midnight City" trapped on a tropical island, St Lucia aren't messing about with "Elevate". His self-titled debut was good and that was without the extra oomph and to put it lightly, epic choruses.

St Lucia's upcoming LP, When The Night, is set for release on October 8, through Neon Gold.
