New Artist: Gross Ghost - Devious

Judging by the July release date on Gross Ghots' Bandcamp page it appears we're a little late on posting this one. But after a quick Google search it seems others may have missed them too.

Well, hailing from North Carolina Gross Ghost are essentially Mike Dillon & Tre Acklen, with this track being the only recent work available (although there is a previous EP).

Like a few things we've posted about over the course of summer 2011 (Hoop Dreams "XCPR" & Bos Angeles' "Beach Slalom" spring to mind) "Devious" leaves no time for fu*king around, serving up some wickedly addictive guitar hooks in its short but very sweet two minutes thirty three seconds. One listen just isn't enough here, I'd recommend a solid seven, may eight at least.
