It's been a fair amount of time since we heard anything new from San Diego's The Soft Pack, but now almost two years down the line, the band are prepping the release of new album, Strapped, with their new single, "Saratoga".

The Soft Pack are a band getting a lot of internet forum love recently. Formerly known as The Muslims (smart move) they hail from San Diego & will be heading to English shores in February.

The ever infectious San Diegans The Soft Pack are back with a new video for "More Or Less".

You probably haven't heard much about New York band Shark? but this is very likely to change in 2011. They’ve just released their first 7 inch (in the UK) and are putting the finishing touches to their first full album.

Last year, Aussie band Twerps quietly released a debut LP (quietly being the key word here). Now they're back with a new single - "Work It Out" - which follows on exactly where was left off.

There are a few new videos coming out of late, here are three of the best:

Bombay Bicycle Club: Evening/Morning - Ok so it's not a new video for most of us but never the less its a re-release, this seems to be becoming more and more popular with new artists, whose first singles were originally overlooked due to lack of media interest

Surfer Blood: Swim - **A Oneforthepeople favourite** say no more....

The Soft Pack - C'mon - Their video for 'Answer To Youself' has also featured on 1FTP back in January and the bar has again been raised, their album is out now, check it out

More new shizzzz coming soon....

Not as new as one might like yet this is worth the post. Bleeding Knees Club are duo Alex Wall & Jordan Malane from Australia and are will be supporting Wavves on their forthcoming tour of Oz in March.

Bleached have some new visuals now for "Think Of You", which comes off the bands Carter 7".
