Been trying to get "Hanging Up on U" from Atlanta's Shampoo posted for a few weeks now, ever since yvynyl dropped the stunner.

Glittery 80s electronic pop isn't exactly in scarce supply these days but when you come across a gem like "Hanging Up on U" it needs to be noted. Hushed and airy vocals lightly coat delicate synth and the guitar work. Guitar work so good it sounds like it was born there.

Shampoo "Hanging Up on U" is set to be the lead single from their upcoming album Terrible Heat, set for release on August 17th via Bear Kids Recordings.
