"In the intervening time between their last output and now, Yoofs seem to have worked on developing a cleaner sound. ‘For Her’ gives the impression that the band have spent the best part of 2013 enjoying the latest Ducktails album. For all it’s janglyness, the song is tinged with the sadness that comes with growing up and growing apart.
