Introducing: Sutcliffe Catering Co. - Clermont

With the somewhat overwhelming amount of new acts around these days, it's no surprise that Arizona newcomers Sutcliffe Catering Co. have slipped under many peoples radar thus far. But - backed with the equally glorious b-side of "Andrea Del Sarto" - their latest release "Clermont" should set things right.

To be frank, I'd expect this sound to come from a band much closer to home, somewhere near Rochdale perhaps? The fluttering sample gives the track a wistful and ethereal feel, while the vocals are in keeping with its graceful nature. Hell, even the guitar solo plays out with an almighty degree of decorum. This, friends, is smart, elegant pop in all its glory.
