New Music: Wise Blood - Rat

Remember when Chris Laufman, bka Wise Blood, emerged out of nowhere in 2010 with "Loud Mouths"? That was blogging gold, wasn't it? Well, after a while away, he's back with new track "Rat", taken from an upcoming LP.

As if he never left the indifferent world of music blogs, "Rat" picks up right where he left off, with more batshit crazy, sample laced pop bedlam. It's like going to the carnival on acid (I've never done that, but y'know). Notice the random trumpet in there too, just fantastic.

His debut LP id is out on June 25 through Dovecote. Hear "Rat" below.
