New Artist: Sun Stains - Fortify Perfect

Known in most parts as a more guitar orientated, DIY label, it may come as a surprise that Weymouth based Art Is Hard are releasing, erm, something slightly different shall we say. That, to be precise, is the new EP from New Mexico soloist Sun Stains, aka Sam Roberts.

"Fortify Perfect" is the first track from the EP, and an mpfree to go with it. It's both a positive and uplifting track (and not to mention it's electronic), the percussion splatters around while the twinkling loops and unorthodox vocals are nothing short of infectious.

The six track EP is released this September on a limited cassette run. Art Is Hard themselves call it their "most interesting release yet", and you would have to agree with them. Listen & download "Fortify Perfect" below.
