New Artist: Carnivals - Departners

When I think of Sheffield I must admit, festivities and electronic music are not the first things that spring to mind. Nevertheless, Carnivals, aka Stew Green, is doing his best to dispel that stereotype with his new track "Departners".

Taken from his forthcoming Humility EP, Green has called upon his experiences at sea (the Indian Ocean, to be precise) to craft and layer the blissfully meandering chimes embodied within "Departners". Fans of the masked Slow Magic will no doubt be familiar already.
