New Single: Violens - Totally True
New York's Violens just get better and better, they'll soon be ready to unleash second LP True and have unveiled "Totally True" as the lead single.
This new track seems and sounds like a massive stepping stone for the band, they're slowly but surely honing in on their sound. One that's actually hard to specify, some would say dream pop and some would say shoegaze, when in fact it's probably sitting cosy between the two.
"Totally True" is a seemingly effortless, feel good track and benefits hugely from a driving bassline. It works brilliantly with the light vocals and typical jangle of guitars.
