New Artist: Peace - Bblood

As research goes, Midlands band Peace seem a fairly new outfit, with the sole track "Bblood" being only thing that is yet to surface online. One track it may be, but sometimes that's all it takes.

Full of tropical guitars and scattered drums they shout - "we'll spit blood in the sun, spit blood in the ocean" - as the racy, stirring track keeps you on your toes throughout. Conjuring up comparisons of a more experimental Foals, perhaps.

With glowing reports from shows at Leeds and London this past week, they play the Adam & Eve in Birmingham tonight. Pop along if you can. Watch the brain-curdling video for "Bblood" below.
