Tracks: The Present Moment - A New Day

LA's ghostly electro collective The Present Moment are slowing gaining somewhat of a reputation. So, if June's CN included track "Stealer" had you interested, you're going to be more than happy with what "A New Day" brings.

From its progressive percussion and wondering synths, the 80's feeling that the new track evokes is unmistakable. Scott Milton's vocals too are terribly affectionate, think Ian Curtis meets Paul Banks, or something along those lines anyway.

The bands forthcoming 13 track LP - Loyal To A Fault - is released on September 26th via Mannequin records. Stream "A New Day" below.
