Mausi unveil what's set to be one of the anthems of summer with upsettingly titled "My Friend Has A Swimming Pool".



Firstly, I won't sit here and insult your intelligence by suggesting this is in anyway a "quality" track or something others should be striving to achieve - but what I will say is damn, Mausi have created one of the catchiest anthems you'll probably hear this summer.

  1. The title of this track is: "My Friend Has A Swimming Pool" - I can't even begin to describe how many things are so fundamentally upsetting about that title.
  2. One lyrics goes: "Skinny dipping in the swimming pool" - Again, I can't even begin to describe just quite how upsetting this lyric is to hear.
  3. The vocals that sing: "My friend has a swimming pool/Skinny dipping in the swimming pool" - sounds like that daft cow off that "Selfie" song - point made about just quite how upsetting this song actually is...
But hang on, we forget to mention the track's sun-kissed feel good vibes, shimmering synths and all round positivity. So for that reason and that reason only, give "My Friend Has A Swimming Pool" a chance, you just might surprise yourself.
