Tracks: Mikal Cronin - Soul In Motion

Californian garage rocker Mikal Cronin returns with "Soul In Motion" as a part of Famous Class’s LAMC 7-inch series.

"Soul In Motion" is Cronin's half of a split 7" with Wand and shows yet more experimentation and expansion.

The track's as sprightful as all his previous stuff, only some new elements are on show; namely organs and some retro drum loops. Other than that, the track sounds like it could have very easily feel off the wagon on the way to an appearance on MCII. Cronin continues to produce some of the best, unabashed rock and roll on show today and long may that continue.
