New Music: Part Time - I Belong To You

After trolling around southern America of the past few years, David Speck has settled on new jaunt Part Time (he released his first LP last year) and is back with his latest track to date - "I Belong To You" - via San Francisco label Loglady.

On the surface, it creates a romantic atmosphere where woozy, swirling synths meet the kind of guitar playing that wouldn't be out of place on a Captured Tracks release (and given that they're our favourite label around, aint a bad thing whatsoever).
