I think my childhood love for Hip-Hop is having a bit of a resurrection. "If U Down", the new track from Maryland based rapper/producer yU has got me reminiscing.

Being that we struggle to post large sums of Hip-Hop, I'll give a bit of an insight into yU. He plays a large part in the groups, the 1978ers and Diamond District, a duo and threesome respectively.

On to his solo work, this track, "If U Down" is from his upcoming LP, The Earn. It will be straight off the back of his debut solo LP, Before Taxes, which came out this year.

It looks like more stellar work from Mello Music Group, a collective well known for their integrity and conscious ability to create top quality music. If you listen to "If U Down", you'll understand.
