New Music: Street Sweepers Social Club
2009 UK Christmas #1 holder, legendary guitarist Tom Morello (not even releasing music with Rage anymore, although may well be soon after the hysteria of this Christmas) has many a side project, SSSC being probably the most mainstream, teaming up with emcee Boots Riley from political hip-hop group 'The Coup'. Their new single 'Promenade' is as interesting as they come. Ghetto square dance??.........Morello is still as political as ever with lyrics like 'Ain't bout the plans Osama made, Banks gettin paid off petrol trade' by no means everyones cup of tea, but my god can he work a guitar? what a solo.....
